SenReg Therapeutics is developing combination small-molecule therapies targeting fundamental drivers of impaired tissue repair, including cellular senescence and loss of proliferative capacity. Our initial focus is chronic wounds, starting with venous leg ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers, where persistent inflammation, decreased proliferation, and senescence contribute to failed healing. By combining senescence-targeting approaches with regenerative enhancement, our mission is to develop disease-modifying therapies with broader potential across chronic wounds and aging-associated conditions.
